Robert Orr 
Robert was born on October 30th, 1827.1 Robert's father was Robert Orr and his mother was Sarah Messersmith. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Orr and Margaret Peggy Ramsey; his maternal grandparents were Andrew Messersmith and Elizabeth Sawyer. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Andrew R, Alexander S, William, Hiram, Samuel, Melinda, Elizabeth Ann, Martha Jane, Margaret and Nancy J. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.-
