Lucy Peachy was born on July 22nd, 1879 in Florence, SC.1 Lucy Peachy's father was James Evans and her mother was Marie Antoinette Powell. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Evans and Jane Beverly Daniel; her maternal grandparents were William Alexander Powell and Lucy Peachy Lee. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Powell, William Alexander, James Daniel, Thomas, Jane Beverly, Maria Lee, Maria Antionette and Llewellyn Stewart.
