Susannah Elizabeth Orr 
Susannah Elizabeth was born in 1780 in Loudon Co., VA.1 Susannah Elizabeth's father was John Orr and her mother was Susan Monroe Grayson. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Orr and Agnes Dalrymple; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Grayson and Susan Monroe. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Alexander Dalyrmple+, Benjamin Grayson, John Dalrymple, William Grayson, Ann, Nellie and Susannah. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 64 on January 24th, 1844.1 General Notes

Betsy Orr married Levin Powell son of Col. Levin Powell ( of Loudon) mentioned as an officer of the regiment of Col. Grayson. She left children, one among whom was Alexander Orr Powell, of Loudon.
