Jacob Wotring 
Jacob was born on May 8th, 1783 in Fredericks Co., MD. Jacob's father was Abraham Wotring and his mother was Maria Margaretha Troxell. His maternal grandparents were Peter Trachsel and Juliana Catharina Deshler. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Nicholas, Abraham, Daniel, William, John, Catherine Elizabeth and Mary Susannah. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Eva Catherine. He died in unk ~1850.General Notes
