Thomas Sumner 
Thomas was born on December 20th, 1757 in NC. Thomas' father was Robert Sumner and his mother was Phoebe Beals. His maternal grandparents were John II+ Beals and Sarah+ Bowater. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John William, Bowater, Caleb, Joshua, Robert, Phebe, Prudence, Abigail and Sarah. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers named John and Charles. He died at the age of 80 on May 30th, 1838 in Fall Creek Mm, OH.General Notes
