Joseph Sumner 
Joseph was born in 1778. Joseph's father was Thomas Sumner and his mother is Hannah Hiatt. His paternal grandparents were Robert Sumner and Phoebe Beals; his maternal grandparents are Joseph Hiatt and Hannah Harrell. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Phebe.
