Mary Stanley 
Mary was born on June 27th, 1733 in Hanover Co., VA. Mary's father was James+ Stanley and her mother was Catherine+ Hutchins. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Horton+ Stanley and Elizabeth+ Patten; her maternal grandparents were Nicholas+ Hutchins and Mary+ Holmes Watkins. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Elijah+, James Jr., Caleb, Micajah, Strangeman, Martha and Agnes. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 74 on January 21st, 1808 in Stokes Co., NC.General Notes
