Jonathan Hockett 
Jonathan was born on February 4th, 1765 in Rowan Co., NC. Jonathan's father was Anthony Hoggatt and his mother was Mary Stanley. His paternal grandparents are Philip Hoggatt and Mary Glendenning; his maternal grandparents were James+ Stanley and Catherine+ Hutchins. He had four brothers named Samuel, David, Benjamin and Joseph. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 on August 3rd, 1834 in Clinton Co., OH. He was buried in Newbury Cemetery, Clinton, OH.General Notes
