John Peter Roth 
John Peter was born on October 7th, 1785 in Northampton Co., PA. John Peter's father was Gottfried Roth and his mother was Margaret Troxell. His maternal grandfather was Peter Johannes Troxell and his maternal grandmother is Anna Maria X. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Henry, Abraham, George, Christian, William, Catharine Lucy and Magdalena. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 75 on February 17th, 1861 in Lehigh Co., PA.General Notes
