John Henry Riggins 
John Henry was born on August 2nd, 1868. John Henry's father was Richard Stokes Riggins and his mother was Adaline Davis. His maternal grandparents were Bluford Gatliff Davis and Mary Jane Edwards. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Bluford, Charles W., Albert, Mary E., Sarah Mandilla and Nora. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died due to diptheria--their son was a carrier. at the age of 57 on March 18th, 1926.General Notes
