Nora Riggins 
Nora was born in 1882. Nora's father was Richard Stokes Riggins and her mother was Adaline Davis. Her maternal grandparents were Bluford Gatliff Davis and Mary Jane Edwards. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Bluford, Charles W., John Henry, Albert, Mary E. and Sarah Mandilla. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 20 on October 19th, 1902.General Notes
