Son was born after 1888 in IL. Son's father was John Henry Riggins and his mother was Dicy Ann Beavers. His paternal grandparents were Richard Stokes Riggins and Adaline Davis. He has a sister named Nellie Mandilla. He is the older of the two children.General Notes
John Riggins and wife Dicy (Beavers) Riggins died within days of each other from diptheria. The carrier of a son who brought it home with him.
