Josephine Doscia was born about 1819. Josephine Doscia's father was Caleb William Mills and her mother was Erzilla East. Her paternal grandparents were John Mills and Martha Ewing; her maternal grandparents were North East and Kerenhappuch Peyton. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Syddenham, William L., Edna Ann, Cleopatra Penelope, Adromacha and Keren Happuch. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers named Charles and Alfonzo. She died in <1863.General Notes
