Charles Mills

Charles was born about 1835 in Scotland Co., MO. Charles' father was Caleb William Mills and his mother is Catherine Runkel. His paternal grandparents were John Mills and Martha Ewing. He had a brother named Alfonzo. He was the older of the two children.
