Thomas Kern 
Thomas was born on October 31st, 1791 in Whitehall, Lehigh Co., PA. Thomas' father was Peter Kern and his mother was Catherine Deshler. His paternal grandparents were Johann Georg Kern and Catherine Elizabeth Trauthager; his maternal grandfather was Adam Sr. Deshler and his maternal grandmother is Appolonia Mulholland. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Jonas, Peter, Daniel, Suzanna, Juliana and Salome. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 53 on November 11th, 1844 in PA.General Notes
