Mary Margaret Gates 
Mary Margaret was born on August 16th, 1855. Mary Margaret's father was Isaac Gates and her mother was Mary Troxell. Her paternal grandparents were John Calep Getz and Elizabeth Geauvey; her maternal grandparents were John Troxell and Mary Mathew. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John C., Lafayette M., Joel A., Commodore Perry, Matilda Elizabeth and Hannah Jane. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 87 in 1942.General Notes
