John Troxell 
John was born in 1749 in Bucks Co., PA. John's father was Johanne Michael Troxell and his mother was Anna Margaretha Saeger. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Trachsel and his paternal grandmother is Anna Maria Hunsecker; his maternal grandparents were John Nicholas Saeger and Maria Barbara Bitsch. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Nicholas, Peter, Jacob, Michael, Christian, Juliana Barbara, Anna Mary, Margaret, Magdalena Christina, Catherina Elizabetha and Elizabeth.
