Nicholas Troxell 
Nicholas was born on September 17th, 1753 in Egypt, Whitehall Twp., Northampton, PA. Nicholas' father was Johanne Michael Troxell and his mother was Anna Margaretha Saeger. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Trachsel and his paternal grandmother is Anna Maria Hunsecker; his maternal grandparents were John Nicholas Saeger and Maria Barbara Bitsch. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Peter, Jacob, Michael, Christian, Juliana Barbara, Anna Mary, Margaret, Magdalena Christina, Catherina Elizabetha and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 71 on October 20th, 1824 in Easton, Northampton Co. PA.General Notes
