Silas Asberry+ Easton 
Silas Asberry+ was born on March 15th, 1834 in Of, Cottonwood Twp., IL. Silas Asberry+'s father was Richard Westeroak+ Easton and his mother was Cynthia+ Waldrop. His paternal grandparents were Richard+ Easton and Elizabeth+ Heaton. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Francis Marion, Jasper Newton, Wesley L, Dumas Vanderian, Taylor, Delilah, Melinda and Harriet Mariah. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 57 on February 5th, 1892 in Cumberland, IL.General Notes
