Charles Cosby

Charles was born in 1726 in Hanover Co., VA. Charles' father was David Cosby and his mother was Mary Garland Overton. His paternal grandfather was Charles Cosby and his paternal grandmother is Jane Meriwether; his maternal grandparents were James Overton and Elizabeth Garland. He had five brothers and four sisters, named David, William, James, Overton, John, Elisabeth, Mary, Barbara Overton and Nancy Ann Overton. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 76 in 1802 in Elbert Co., GA.
