James Overton 
James was born on August 14th, 1688 in New Kent Co., VA. James' father was William Overton and his mother was Elizabeth Overton Waters. His paternal grandparents were Robert Overton and Anne Gardner. He had two sisters named Temperance and Barbara. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 60 on June 18th, 1749 in Hanover Co., VA.General Notes
