Nancy Margaret was born on November 17th, 1845 in Paynesville, Pike Co., MO. Nancy Margaret's father was Andrew* Ashbaugh and her mother was Margaret* McMillan. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew* Ashbaugh and Rachel* Wilkins; her maternal grandparents are William* McMillan and Sarah* Littlejohn. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named Anthony L., William Jasper, Henry Harrison, John Taylor, Thomas Andrew, James Taylor, Mary C., Louisa J., Sarah Ellen, Martha Susan, Rachel Ann*, Clarissa Adeline and Alice Elizabeth. She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 32 on March 4th, 1878.General Notes
