Anthony L. Ashbaugh 
Anthony L. was born on June 18th, 1833 in Paynesville, Pike Co., MO. Anthony L.'s father was Andrew* Ashbaugh and his mother was Margaret* McMillan. His paternal grandparents were Andrew* Ashbaugh and Rachel* Wilkins; his maternal grandparents are William* McMillan and Sarah* Littlejohn. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named William Jasper, Henry Harrison, John Taylor, Thomas Andrew, James Taylor, Mary C., Louisa J., Sarah Ellen, Nancy Margaret, Martha Susan, Rachel Ann*, Clarissa Adeline and Alice Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 25 on October 20th, 1858.General Notes
