Emilia Mildred Milly was born on July 8th, 1822 in Shelby Co, in. Emilia Mildred Milly's father was Benjamin"Mine" Wheeler and her mother was Sarah Barlow. Her paternal grandparents were Archelaus\Archer Wheeler and Mildred Lyle; her maternal grandparents were Lewis Barlow and Judah Frances Smith. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Henry, Archibald- Archelaus, Angelina Lina, Dicey, Berila Rilla, Elizabeth"Betsy", Judea, Mary Jane and Sarah Ann. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died after 1900 in Davis Co, Ia.General Notes

at age 17 she married Silas Breeding in 1939. this family moved toDavis County Iowa where they are buried near Drakesville in LesterCemetery. Five children were born in Shelby County, In, tha last beingborn about 1847. The first son born in Iowa was Benjamin, born in 1850in Blooomfield Twp of Davis County, Iowa.
She shows up in the 1840 Census of Shelby County, In on pg 547 withSilas Breeding, 20 and she is 18 at this time, living near her Mother andhis father.
