Mary Given 
Mary was born in 1771. Mary's father was William Given and her mother was Nancy Agnes Bratton. Her paternal grandfather was Major John Given and her paternal grandmother is Mary Margaret Sitlington; her maternal grandparents were Robert Bratton and Ann McFarland. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Robert, William, Samuel, Adam, James, John, George, Henry, Sarah "Sally" Hannah, Janet "Ginny", Isabella, Anne, Margaret "Peggy" and Agnes. She is the fourth oldest of the fifteen children.General Notes
