Victoria Oxley 
Victoria was born on June 6th, 1859.1 Victoria's father was Enoch Oxley and her mother was Rachel Smalley. Her paternal grandparents were William Henry Oxley and Jane Binley; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin F. Smalley and Mary Liggett. She had a brother and three sisters, named James Louis, Sophrania Ann, Rachael Victoria and Prudence. She is the second youngest of the five children. She had six half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Lawson, Everett, Samuel Copeland, James Asa, Benjamin Smalley, John Milton, Mary Jane, Susan Catherine, Cynthia Ellen, Sarah E., Mary Elizabeth and Barbara Ellen.General Notes
