William was born in 1762 in Greenwich Township Cumberland Co. New Jersey.¹   He died at the age of 76 on September 30th, 1838 in Blount Township, Vermillion Co. Ilinois.  He was buried in Higginsville Cemetery, Blount Township, Vermillion, Illinois.^1 1 


 Mary Smalley
Mary was born in January 1771.¹   She died at the age of 60 in 1831 in Texas.¹ 


 Benjamin Franklin Smalley
Benjamin Franklin was born on April 17th, 1772 in Virginia.¹   He died at the age of 83 on September 21st, 1855 in Higgensville, Vermillion, IL. , Blount Twp..¹
