Thomas Durbin 
Thomas was born on July 13th, 1732 in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland.1 Thomas' father was Samuel Durbin and his mother was Ann Logsdon. His paternal grandparents were Thomas William Durbin and Mary Downs; his maternal grandparents were William Logsdon The Immigrant and Honora O'Flynn. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Samuel, John, Nicholas, Christopher, Edward, Benjamin, Sarah, Ann, Margaret, Mary C and Honor. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 77 on April 13th, 1810 in Westminster, Frederick County, Maryland. He was buried on July 18th, 1732 in St Paul's Church, Baltimore County, Maryland.1 1 General Notes

al of Samuel's children migrated through western
Maryland, West Virginia, southern Pennsylvania and into Ohio. Others rema
ined in the Baltimore/Westminster area. Among them were William, Thomas a
nd Benjamin. The latter two are buried in the
Westminster Catholic Cemetery, together with their families and a Logsd
on or two, directly behind the Public Library. I have pictures of their gr
ave sites. William's family became solid citizens of
Westminster, his children and grandchildren making their marks
in the Methodist Church, in the city government, and in the raising of civ
