Nicholas Durbin 
Nicholas was born about 1738 in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland.1 Nicholas' father was Samuel Durbin and his mother was Ann Logsdon. His paternal grandparents were Thomas William Durbin and Mary Downs; his maternal grandparents were William Logsdon The Immigrant and Honora O'Flynn. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Samuel, Thomas, John, Christopher, Edward, Benjamin, Sarah, Ann, Margaret, Mary C and Honor. He was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. He died about 1825 in Short Creek Township, Jefferson County, Ohio.1 General Notes
