Thomas was born on July 13th, 1732 in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland.¹   He died at the age of 77 on April 13th, 1810 in Westminster, Frederick County, Maryland.  He was buried on July 18th, 1732 in St Paul's Church, Baltimore County, Maryland.^1 1
