Judith Lea

Judith was born on May 21st, 1775 in Cobbs Creek, Hyco, Orange County, North Carolina.¹ Judith's father was GEORGE Lea and her mother was *LUCY Talbert. Her paternal grandparents were WILLIAM Lea and *FRANCES WHITE; her maternal grandparents were JOHN TALBERT and MARGARET Webster. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Ransom, Temple, Green, FRANCES, Sarah, Rhoda, Eunice and Letty. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.¹
