William Harvey Kirk 
William Harvey was born in October 1830 in Tazewell Co, Virginia.1 William Harvey's father was Andrew Lloyd Kirk and his mother was Obedience French. His maternal grandparents were John S. French and Obedience 'Bedy' Clay. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James M., John F., Paris Greenville, Thomas L., Floyd W., Minerva Ann, Arementa, Elmira Elizabeth and Rebecca M.. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 62 on March 3rd, 1893 in Pulaski Co, Virginia.1 General Notes
