Kenneth W. Higgins 
Kenneth W. was born on June 6th, 1929 in Elizabeth, Wirt Co., West Virginia. Kenneth W.'s father was Daniel Parent Higgins and his mother was Mary Roman Wright. His maternal grandparents were JAMES Montgomery Wright and NANCY Miller. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Dual Parent, William Amick, Thomas W., Alvord W., ? and Rena Mary. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Hugh Jediah, Howard Rex, Dewey Paul and Helen Josephine. He died at the age of 40 on May 17th, 1970 in Elizabeth, Wirt Co., West Virginia.General Notes
News Clipping (unknown source) Boat Capsizes: Akronite Dies Kenneth W. Higgins, 40, of 111 Mt. Vernon Ave. drowned Sunday when the 12 ft. boat in which he and a companion were fishing capsized in the Little Kanawha River near Elizabeth, W. VA. the bodies of Higgins and Oren Fouty, of Elizabeth were recovered shortly after the accident. Higgins leaves his wife Beverly. Services are being arranged by Dunn-Quigley Stow Chapel.
