Howard Rex Higgins

Howard Rex was born on May 22nd, 1896.  Howard Rex's father was Daniel Parent Higgins and his mother was Cora Eugenia Braden. He had two brothers and a sister, named Hugh Jediah, Dewey Paul and Helen Josephine.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Dual Parent, William Amick, Thomas W., Alvord W., Kenneth W., ? and Rena Mary.  He died at the age of 81 in November 1977 in Steubenville, Jefferson Co., Ohio.

‌Howard Rex and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony in 1918.
