Pierre Couvillon 
Pierre was born on February 28th, 1804 in Hydropolis, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana.1 Pierre's father was PIERRE Couvillon and his mother was *BRIGETTE Mayeux. His paternal grandparents were LOUIS Amable Quevillon and MARIANNE Pourciau; his maternal grandparents were PIERRE Mayeux and MARIANNE Bordelon. He had nine brothers and a sister, named HYPOLITE Oge, Cyprien, Celine, Narcisse, Sosthene Alexander, Amable, Julie, Zeline, Symphorien and Mary Ann. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 47 on November 19th, 1851 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was buried in St Roch No 1, New Orleans, Louisiana.1 1 General Notes
