JACOB Bolton 
JACOB was born on April 27th, 1793 in Botetourt Co., Virginia.1 JACOB's father was HENRY Bolton and his mother was CATHERINE CHAPMAN. His paternal grandfather is HENRY BOLTON. He had a brother and four sisters, named Peter, Elizabeth Sherry, Catherine, Mary and Sarah. He had nine half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Henry, George, William Henry, John, Joseph Preston, Absolum Dempsey, Daniel, James Madison, David, Margaret, Martha, Nancy Landon, Christiana, Elizabeth Ann and Ely Ann. He died at the age of 66 on November 25th, 1859 in Georgia.1 
JACOB and ELIZABETH were married in a religious ceremony on March 20th, 1816 in Virginia.1 They had eight sons named John A., Absolem Dempsey, Jacob, David, MATHEW W., George, Henry and Peter.
