Daniel Bolton

Daniel was born on May 31st, 1820 in Giles County, Virginia.¹   Daniel's father was HENRY Bolton and his mother was Nancy Mann.  His paternal grandfather is HENRY BOLTON. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named Henry, George, William Henry, John, Joseph Preston, Absolum Dempsey, James Madison, David, Margaret, Martha, Nancy Landon, Christiana, Elizabeth Ann and Ely Ann. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named JACOB, Peter, Elizabeth Sherry, Catherine, Mary and Sarah.  He died at the age of 67 on November 11th, 1887 in Dalles, Oregon.¹ 

‌Daniel and Betsey were married in a religious ceremony in 1855 in Cedar Co., Iowa.¹
