Rebecca was born about 1796 in Virginia.1 Rebecca's father was REUBEN Bailey and her mother was SARAH E. Ferguson. Her paternal grandparents were RICHARD Patton Bailey and ELIZABETH Anne Belcher; her maternal grandparents were SAMUEL Ferguson and MARY Jameson. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Doddridge, William, Reuben R., James Lindsay, Leftwich, MARY Elizabeth, Mary Jamison, Naoma, Nancy, Sarah and Chloe. She had two half-brothers named Zachariah and Samuel. She died before 1860 in Ohio.1 -
