Louisa was born on May 18th, 1835 in Mercer County, WV.1 Louisa's father was SAMUEL L. Bailey and her mother was MARY Walker. Her paternal grandparents were RICHARD Patton Bailey and ISABEL F. Ferguson; her maternal grandparents were JOHN B. Walker and NANCY MULLINS. She had five brothers and three sisters, named CHRISPIANOS Walker, Richard Floyd, Adison Crockett, Charles Walker, John Walker, Nancy, Isabel Elizabeth Mary and Sarah A.. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 68 on June 6th, 1903.1 -
