Julia Eliza Van Wagenen 
Julia Eliza was born on December 18th, 1857 in Provo, Utah, UT. Julia Eliza's father was David Van Wagenen and her mother was Julia Ann Provost. Her paternal grandparents were John Halmagh VAN WAGENER and Eliza Jean Smith; her maternal grandparents were Lucus PROVOST and Julia Ann WHEELER. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named David "L", John Francis, Wilford, Edwin, George CHRISTOPHER, ALMA, Frank, Mary Emily, Lettie, LILLIE and Minnie J. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 76 on June 25th, 1934 in Salt Lake, Salt Lake, UT. She was buried on June 27th, 1934 in PROVO,UTAH, UT.General Notes

Mrs. Julia Eliza Epperson, 75, of 779 Seventh East street, died in a local hospital Monday at 10:50 a. m. of infirmities incident to age.
Mrs. Epperson was born in Provo December 18, 1858, a daughter of David and Julia Ann Van Waganen. For the major part of her life she lived at Provo and later moved to Wasatch county. She came to Salt Lake City 18 years ago.
Surviving are three sons, Lawrence, Amos and Emery G. Epperson of Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. Lorinda Arrowsmith of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Jane Thomas of San Diego, Cal.; four brothers, David L., Edwin, George C. and Alma Van Waganen of Provo; three sisters, Mrs. Emily Murdock of Provo, Mrs. Lettie Sloan of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Minnie Penrod of Provo; 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the Fourth L. D. S. ward chapel in Provo. Friends may call at the Deseret mortuary, 36 East Seventh South street, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday until 11 a. m. and at the church in Provo 30 minutes prior to services. Burial will take place in the Provo City cemetery.

Julia Eliza and Sidney Theophilus were married in a religious ceremony on June 12th, 1874 in Midway, Utah. They had four sons and four daughters, named Lawrence Theophilus, Amos David, George Emery, Francis Azel, Eliza Etta, Julia Lorinda, Laverna Jane and Hattie Loretta.
