Marietta Thaxton

Marietta was born on September 7th, 1869 in Morgan Twp.,Gallia Co.,Ohio. Marietta's father was James S. Thaxton and her mother was Mary Jane Ervin. Her paternal grandparents were Sheppard Thaxton and Martha J. McCormick. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Elmer, Oliver Perry, Franklin S., Ross, Albert O. "Bertie", Effie M., Alice, Adeline and Nancy M.. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
