Tarleton Fleming Payne 
Tarleton Fleming was born on November 12th, 1809.1 Tarleton Fleming's father was John Winston Payne and his mother was Mary Gilliam. His paternal grandparents were Tarleton Payne and Elizabeth Winston. He had a brother and eight sisters, named John W., Emily C., Elizabeth Winston, Susanna G., Jane C., Ann O., Mary T., Barbara W. and Caroline B.. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 75 on June 2nd, 1885 in , Goochland, Virginia.-
