Ann O. Payne 
Ann O. was born on August 3rd, 1818.1 Ann O.'s father was John Winston Payne and her mother was Mary Gilliam. Her paternal grandparents were Tarleton Payne and Elizabeth Winston. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Tarleton Fleming, John W., Emily C., Elizabeth Winston, Susanna G., Jane C., Mary T., Barbara W. and Caroline B.. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 76 on March 23rd, 1895.-
