Barbara W. Payne 
Barbara W. was born on October 24th, 1821.1 Barbara W.'s father was John Winston Payne and her mother was Mary Gilliam. Her paternal grandparents were Tarleton Payne and Elizabeth Winston. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Tarleton Fleming, John W., Emily C., Elizabeth Winston, Susanna G., Jane C., Ann O., Mary T. and Caroline B.. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 41 on August 19th, 1863.-
