Overton W PHILLIPS 
Overton W was born on January 6th, 1854. Overton W's father was William PHILLIPS and his mother was Hestor Anne TAYLOR. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Guilford M, Judson David, Mary Arline, Octavia Frances, Ettie Emma, Nancy Belle, Mattie and Sarah Ellen. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 79 on November 21st, 1933.-
