Judson David PHILLIPS 
Judson David was born on March 25th, 1869. Judson David's father was William PHILLIPS and his mother was Hestor Anne TAYLOR. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Overton W, Guilford M, Mary Arline, Octavia Frances, Ettie Emma, Nancy Belle, Mattie and Sarah Ellen. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 99 in July 1968.-
