Octavia Frances PHILLIPS 
Octavia Frances was born on January 12th, 1861. Octavia Frances' father was William PHILLIPS and her mother was Hestor Anne TAYLOR. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Overton W, Guilford M, Judson David, Mary Arline, Ettie Emma, Nancy Belle, Mattie and Sarah Ellen. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 57 on May 2nd, 1918.-
