Della Mamie was born on May 7th, 1886. Della Mamie's father was Overton W PHILLIPS and her mother was Mary Margaret WILLIAMS. Her paternal grandparents were William PHILLIPS and Hestor Anne TAYLOR. She had two brothers and a sister, named Marshall Taylor, Walter O and Addie. She is the second youngest of the four children.-
