William Franklin "Billy" Carney 
William Franklin "Billy" was born on March 24th, 1863 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia. William Franklin "Billy"'s father is Silas Carney and his mother was Lucinda m Fisher. His paternal grandparents are William Carney and Margaret Bonnett; his maternal grandparents were John Fisher and Lucretia Harrison. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named Elbin C., Charles, Eldridge, John McClellan, Mary Catherine, America, Margaret Elizabeth, Lucretia, Nora Alice, Celia Jane, Martha Bell and Sarah Ann. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 80 on May 10th, 1943 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia.-
