Charles Carney 
Charles was born on May 18th, 1848 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia. Charles' father is Silas Carney and his mother was Lucinda m Fisher. His paternal grandparents are William Carney and Margaret Bonnett; his maternal grandparents were John Fisher and Lucretia Harrison. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named Elbin C., Eldridge, John McClellan, William Franklin "Billy", Mary Catherine, America, Margaret Elizabeth, Lucretia, Nora Alice, Celia Jane, Martha Bell and Sarah Ann. He is the third oldest of the thirteen children.-
